What is the light beam's power source?

Miracle Solar Road Marker is truly self-contained and independently powered by the latest solar power cell technology that requires no external source of energy to operate, other than the available sunlight.


How is the LED illuminated solar road marker more effective than; the conventional reflective road marker when it comes to improving road safety?
Conventional pavement reflectors are only visible to drivers when the headlight beam is directly reflected back to the driver.
L.E.D. illumination from our Miracle solar road marker is visible to drivers much earlier and ahead of the reaches of their own headlight beam. This is especially effective around sharp curves.


In wet conditions, is the Miracle Solar Road stud more effective than the conventional reflective road studs?
In rainy conditions, the effective visible range of conventional reflective road studs is significantly reduced.
The luminosity of the radiance of the reflector plate suffers greatly when its surface is wet.
However, high intensity LED beam from Miracle solar road stud is unaffected by wet surfaces and continues to be effective in rainy conditions.


How about in foggy conditions?
One of the most pronounced benefits of the Miracle solar road marker is its fog-penetrating, high-intensity L.E.D. the light beam that remains visible at a much greater range in comparison to the conventional reflective road marker. Miracle solar road marker is truly a life-saving safety device on the roads in areas with frequent fog-related traffic accidents.


If the LED light failed to operate for some reason, is the public safety compromised in any way?
Miracle solar road marker features the “dual-mode illumination” for its fail-safe functional reliability.
Therefore, most likely it will not happen due to well constructed outer housing body and encapsulated the circuit board in the housing to prevent from shaking internally while a heavy object is frequently run over the road marker if the unit malfunctioned and failed to illuminate the L.E.D. the light beam, the road visibility is essentially equal and no less than before the installation of the Miracle solar road marker.
In other words, you can only improve road safety with our product. There is no compromise for road safety if a unit malfunctions.


During the long rainy seasons with heavy overcast conditions, Would Miracle solar road studs continue to operate with limited availability of sunlight?
Since Miracle solar road stud is equipped with super-efficient solar panels, and since the required power consumption is relatively very small, we have not encountered any report of installed units that have failed to operate properly due to the lack of available sunlight or light source.


How long does the Miracle solar road marker unit last? And what is its life expectancy?
All our solar road markers are equipped with LiFe4 (Lithium Iron 4) Battery or Super-Capacitor Cells, which would last 3 times longer than Battery Cells.
Consequently, the operation lifetime is expected to be over 5 years.


What is the maximum load rating for the Miracle solar road marker?
Per our road marker can withstand a load of over 20 tons.


Is the transparent, solar panel cover on the Miracle Solar road markers unit strong enough when subjected to the punishment on the road?</p>
We used the Lexan polycarbonate sheets, which has used by NASA, as a solar panel cover for all Miracle road markers, and an independent laboratory has tested & approved for their durability and weather ability.</p>
Most importantly, it has been road-tested in actual installations and found to be very durable and unbreakable.


How are the solar road studs installed and cemented?

As an example for MS-200 solar road stud, the heavy-duty unit, requires drilling of cylindrical hole, 1.5″ diameter, and 3″ depth for the stud anchor.

After the preparation of the site is inspected and cleaned with pressured air spray, the unit is cemented with regular asphalt epoxy adhesive. Recommended asphalt epoxy adhesives are:
1) Two-component, cross-linked epoxy coating of non-solvent type
2) Hot melt adhesive types Asphalt Epoxy (Two-component, cross-linked Epoxy coating of Non-solvent type) or hot melt adhesive is suitable for Fixing.

LED Bulb Lifetime?

How long is the lifetime of L.E.D. “bulb”?
With L.E.D. illumination, there is no “bulb” to burn out, since it contains a transistor-like diode that emits light beams when supplied with a very small amount of electrical current.
Thus, the L.E.D. “bulb” is virtually burn-out free during the lifetime of its unit.


Does the Miracle solar road marker require any maintenance while installed on the road?
aside from normal pressured air cleaning of reflective surfaces, and the panel cover to clean off dust and stains, the Miracle solar road marker requires no service maintenance. The unit is sealed and does not contain any serviceable parts.


Can I customize the Miracle solar pavement markers to suit my needs?
Yes! The Miracle solar pavement marker can be ordered with any different combination of available color combinations for the reflector panel, L.E.D. light, and aluminum alloy body.
